Can I pick up my rental and return it to another location?
Yes. You can pick up and return at any of our eight Guam locations free of charge.
How many locations do you have and where?
There are eight Toyota-Rent-A-Car location. Click on the Rental Location button towards the top of this page to find the closest to you.
Can I tow using my Toyota truck rental?
No. We do not allow our vehicles to be used for towing purposes.
How old do you have to be to rent from Toyota Renta a Car of Guam?
You must be 21 years of age to rent from Toyota Rent a Car of Guam.
What is your smoking policy?
All Toyota rental cars are non-smoking vehicles.
Can I rent a car using a prepaid debit card?
All reservations and rental contracts must be opened using a credit card or debit card affiliated with a reputable bank.
Do you charge additional driver fees?
Yes, we charge a onetime fee of $10 for each additional driver.
Does my credit card car rental coverage fully cover my rental car?
It depends, often times it is a secondary coverage. Check with your credit card company beforehand to ensure clarity.
Do you bill all warranty companies?
Toyota Rent a Car will bill and invoice all warranty companies.
What happens if I discover damage on the rental vehicle that wasn’t noted before I left the lot?
Immediately call the branch you rented from, and if possible return the vehicle for an immediate re-inspection.
Do I have to purchase coverage for the rental?
No. You may use your own insurance, however it is highly recommended to purchase coverage to avoid unnecessary claims.
Why does the rental rate always change?
Rates are managed based on availability, time of year and demand.
What happens if I lock the keys in the car?
Toyota rent a Car offers 24 hour, 7 day a week roadside assistance. Please contact your Toyota Rent a Car of Guam associate for details.
Do you have a lost and found?
If you discover you lost an item in the vehicle, please contact the branch where the rental was returned. They will do their best to locate the lost item.
