Ms. Kat and Ms. Elaine went completely above and beyond for me from start to finish. Because my car was still very new, I was nervous about how it would work, but they took the time to explain the entire process clearly and worked tirelessly with their manager to get me the best deal possible. The level of customer service they provide is truly rare. Ms. Kat even messaged me on her day off just to follow up on my inquires! To top it all off, she actually drove to my grandpa’s work in Mangilao (my co-signer) because he could not take off of work to sign documents. She let me know that he signed it and that the car was ready for pick up. I went in the same day, signed the papers and drove the car off the lot. But before leaving the lot, Ms.Kat explained all the warranties AK offered me for purchasing this car with them. Then she had me inspect the car and make sure everything was functional and to my liking before driving off. She also explained every feature again and made sure I understood how the car works. Ms.Kat and Ms.Elaine both answered every single question I had and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire journey. I am so happy with my new Highlander and will definitely be recommending AK and Ms.Kat to anyone who compliments my car or is looking to buy a new ride! Cleanliness- the smell and look of the facilities are exceptional and comfortable atmosphere. Customer Service - always greeted with a friendly smile. Love the popcorn machine and the availability of cold drinks. Kudos - goes out to Michelle Aguigui and John Kim for their outstanding service and vehicle knowledge. They helped us with our purchase of a Toyota Tundra Platinum and Lexus GX. Both are very efficient.

We’ve been with Toyota for over 30 years and they have never done us wrong. The service they provide has been professional, courteous, and timely. My service provider, Ray Tumanda, has always gone above and beyond to take care of us and provide ease of mind. He was especially helpful when we needed to have our vehicles ready for our tight schedules between work, school, and very limited time during the week. Ray always kept in touch, providing timely updates and checking if we were comfortable whenever anything unexpected occurred. He treats us like family. He and the AK service crew have always provided us with honest guidance and recommendations which really helped us especially when our vehicles were needed the most. Through the work and service by the AK service advisors, like Ray, we’ve never considered other vehicle options. Toyota has been with our family for years and we can foresee that tradition continuing into the years ahead.

From the get go, our salesman (Jojo Caguioa) listened to our wants and needs. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t want, which is rare! He showed us what we wanted to see, made some suggestions, offered some advice BUT never exerted his sales pitches or never appeared pushy! We truly enjoyed and appreciated the services offered at AK, including the complimentary specialty coffees!😜🙌🏽

Mar was not only an exceptional sales woman, she was sensitive and compassionate about our purchase needs. I explained my situation, the need to meet the modality and she listened. Not once did I feel pressured and Ms Mar was very very patient. Even at the last hour when I canceled out of my trade in, she was very understanding and made the delivery still happen on time. Overall a very good and easy experience. I was on the market for a Camry and got exactly what I was looking for with my budget. This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle and had many questions. Thankfully Mona was there to guide me every step of the way. Had a great experience with Ray Tumanda at AK. We had an unexpected issue with our Prius battery, and Ray was helpful from the very beginning. He even took a quick call to give us some guidance on what we could do temporarily while we waited to get the car scheduled for service. Update 28AUG2026: I spoke with Grace regarding what happened and she apologized for the inconvenience and rescheduled the appointment for the recall service request. Original 28AUG2026: I was scheduled to bring my car in to have a recalled part replaced. I ended up waiting nearly two hours just to have my part recall service request cancelled and rescheduled. I simply wanted to leave and come back when the car was ready for pick-up, but the service representative ended up cancelling the service request and had my car brought out. My ride, who arrived and was waiting in the parking lot, had to leave because I had my car. What was supposed to be a simple drop-off and pick-up ended up with me waiting two hours for a cancelled recall service request.

Overall great purchase experience with Jon Sevilla and highly recommend connecting with him if you’re in need of a new car. He is extremely knowledgable of the products, thorough with the process, and most importantly, professional and polite. At no time did we feel any pressure in any way and we truly appreciated that. Also note, Jon is still as helpful post purchase with anything needed. Thank you!

I had a great experience from booking my service with Hazel and getting an appointment the very next day. The new queuing system made the visit smooth from the porters to the greeters. A special shoutout to my Toyota Service Advisor, Shorleen Taman, for her exceptional customer service. She is always so friendly, welcoming, and kept me informed throughout the entire service process. My 9:45 a.m. appointment was quick and efficient, with my vehicle ready before noon. Thank you also to Brittany, the shuttle driver, for the great service! Overall, another excellent experience with the Toyota service team.

I purchased my 2024 Toyota Rav 4 LE from Atkins Kroll . The sales and finance teams were knowledgeable and courteous. There was a bit of a delay with the paperwork, but kept me updated and made sure it got resolved @ Denise David ( Highly Recommended) Great Service I’m happy with my vehicle and the support I received. For future customers, I’d suggest allowing extra time for the final process, but overall I recommend this dealership.

I have to admit, it was frustrating at first because our local bank's financing process was so slow. However, the agent I worked with was patient and understanding throughout the entire four-month process. This rating goes to Atkins Kroll Service Advisor Shorleen Taman, who displayed professional courtesy and dedication in her job. I had a transmission issue which attention was brought to another service advisor, who no longer works there prior to Ms. Shorleen and did not seem to get any progression. Until, Ms. Shorleen, had taken the case midway with scrambles of paperwork, and made it work efficiently and affectively. Consistent follow ups and ordered paperwork for smooth processing in a timely manner. Thank you Shorleen for your service and support, I now am driving my vehicle back on the road.
