Had a great experience with Ray Tumanda at AK. We had an unexpected issue with our Prius battery, and Ray was helpful from the very beginning. He even took a quick call to give us some guidance on what we could do temporarily while we waited to get the car scheduled for service.

Update 28AUG2026: I spoke with Grace regarding what happened and she apologized for the inconvenience and rescheduled the appointment for the recall service request.
Original 28AUG2026: I was scheduled to bring my car in to have a recalled part replaced. I ended up waiting nearly two hours just to have my part recall service request cancelled and rescheduled. I simply wanted to leave and come back when the car was ready for pick-up, but the service representative ended up cancelling the service request and had my car brought out.
