As an RX 350 owner, I would like to express my sincere appreciation and respect to the entire team at AK Guam. What impressed me most was the way everyone worked together as one team. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to customer service truly demonstrated why AK Guam is one of the best service providers in Guam. First, I would especially like to recognize the Body & Paint Team — Mr. Drake, Mr. Ian, Ms. Helen, and the talented technicians behind the scenes. They did an incredible job restoring my vehicle. They completely removed the scratches from my front bumper and expertly repaired the small scratches and paint discoloration on both fenders. They also removed the stubborn water spots from my vehicle windows — a long-standing issue that I had been dealing with for years. The results were absolutely amazing. Their skill and attention to detail are truly exceptional. You are some of the best in Guam! Thank you so much for taking such great care of my Lexus.
