Trevor and Helen are the best employees I have ever dealt with in the Toyota repair AK shop. I highly recommend them to be recognized for their customer service support for my Toyota RAV4 2020 car. These two employees provided me with their expertise to assist me with a 2 years parts replacement for an existing pending replacement front bumper due to an accident. Had a great experience with Ray Tumanda at AK. We had an unexpected issue with our Prius battery, and Ray was helpful from the very beginning. He even took a quick call to give us some guidance on what we could do temporarily while we waited to get the car scheduled for service. Once we brought it in, he took the time to understand exactly what happened and kept us updated throughout the process. He was very hands-on, patient, and thorough in making sure everything was checked and the issue was properly addressed. Overall, we felt like our car was in good hands with Ray. Really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend AK and Ray as a service advisor!

Update 28AUG2026: I spoke with Grace regarding what happened and she apologized for the inconvenience and rescheduled the appointment for the recall service request. Original 28AUG2026: I was scheduled to bring my car in to have a recalled part replaced. I ended up waiting nearly two hours just to have my part recall service request cancelled and rescheduled. I simply wanted to leave and come back when the car was ready for pick-up, but the service representative ended up cancelling the service request and had my car brought out. My ride, who arrived and was waiting in the parking lot, had to leave because I had my car. What was supposed to be a simple drop-off and pick-up ended up with me waiting two hours for a cancelled recall service request.

Overall great purchase experience with Jon Sevilla and highly recommend connecting with him if you’re in need of a new car. He is extremely knowledgable of the products, thorough with the process, and most importantly, professional and polite. At no time did we feel any pressure in any way and we truly appreciated that. Also note, Jon is still as helpful post purchase with anything needed. Thank you!
