Eligibility
The Contest is open only to legal residents of Guam or Saipan who are 18 years of age or older. Eligible participants must be registered Lexus vehicle owners who purchased their vehicles from Atkins Kroll. Participants must complete and submit the official Contest entry form, including full contact information and a valid golfer handicap. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, Atkins Kroll, Inc., Morrico Equipment, KPGA, and their immediate families or household members are not eligible to enter or win.
Entry Methods & Entry Limits
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Contestants can send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Atkins Kroll with an index card titled “Lexus Masters Pro Am Fly & Play Entry Form. Please include your name, contact information, and golfer’s handicap. With each entry form, contestant agrees to abide by all contest rules. Eligible Lexus owners must complete and submit the official Lexus Masters Pro-Am Fly & Play entry form.
How to Enter:
- Please see your Lexus sales consultant or service advisor for entry forms and submit completed entry forms.
- New car buyers receive three (3) entries for every Lexus purchased between July 1 and September 30, 2025.
- Existing Lexus owners can receive one (1) entry with each completed service during the promotional period, July 1 through September 30, 2025.
Winner Selection & Notification
AK Lexus will randomly select three (3) winners from all eligible entries on or about October 4, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. AK Lexus will notify potential winners by phone and/or email within three (3) business days of the drawing. Selected winners must sign and return all required documentation within five (5) business days or forfeit the prize. In the event of forfeiture, AK Lexus reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Prize Despcription
Each Winner will receive:
- Round-trip Premium Economy airfare between Guam (GUM) and Incheon, South Korea (ICN).
- Single-occupancy accommodations for four (4) nights at Lotte City Hotel Myeongdong.
- Daily buffet breakfast.
- Private ground transportation (airport & tournament).
- Entry and participation in the Lexus Masters Pro-Am event on October 28, 2025.
- Contingency allowance for meals and incidental expenses.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per prize: $2,500.00. The prize is non-transferable, nonassignable, and winners may not redeem the prize for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Conditions & Release of Liability
By entering, each participant certifies that they meet all eligibility requirements and have provided accurate information. Participants voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation in the Contest, including travel and tournament activities, and agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Lexus dealers, KPGA, airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and their respective affiliates from any liability for personal injury, death, property damage, or loss, regardless of cause, except, where prohibited by law. Any legal claims by participants shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses not exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00).
Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent to the Sponsor’s use of the participant’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation.
Taxes & Miscellaneous
All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with prize acceptance and use are solely the responsibility of each winner. Winners and their guests must possess valid passports with a minimum of six (6) months’ validity beyond the travel dates and are responsible for obtaining any required travel documentation. Items not included are Travel insurance, personal expenses, gratuities, and optional activities.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at its discretion for any reason, including, but not limited to, force majeure events, errors, or insufficient participation.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
The laws of Guam shall govern all disputes arising from or relating to this Contest. Except where prohibited, participants agree to attempt an informal resolution before proceeding to binding arbitration in the Territory of Guam. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. By participating, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
